    Home Incentive Insulation Scheme

    Midland Warmer Homes can now offer a total grant of up to €850.00 for attic and cavity wall insulation measures, this is available to all houses built before 2006 through our home insulation incentive scheme. Or if you just choose to go with one measure then the individual grants are as follows:

     

    €400 for cavity wall insulation

    €400 for attic insulation

    €50 for BER

    It is a national scheme and all homeowners of dwellings built before 2006 may apply. Landlords and owners of multiple properties may also apply, however they must submit a separate application form for each property.
